We create a fully customized, photo-realistic 3D rendering of your proposed project, placed directly on your actual property. This lets you see the finished look, scale, materials, and layout before a single shovel hits the ground.

The design is completely flexible—adjustments to size, shape, features, plants, colors, or style can be made quickly to match your exact preferences and the unique characteristics of your site (slope, drainage, sun exposure, views, existing trees, etc.). This opens up virtually unlimited creative possibilities.

Our Virtual Design & Quote Process – Simple, Transparent, Three Steps

Step 1 – On-Site Consultation & Evaluation

Jason personally visits your home or business. We discuss your goals, ideas, must-haves, and any concerns. You’ll get expert recommendations based on years of local experience. We take precise measurements, photos, and notes about your property’s conditions.

Step 2 – Preliminary Quote

Within a few days, we email you a clear, itemized preliminary quote for the proposed scope of work. At this point, you can request changes—add/remove features, upgrade materials, adjust budget—or ask questions. We revise until it aligns with your vision.

Step 3 – Final Design, Approval & Contract

Once the scope feels right, we move to the Virtual Design phase (if you choose it). You receive a detailed 3D model to review and approve. After final approval of the design and material selections, we prepare and send the formal contract for your signature. Upon signing, we lock in your installation date and get to work transforming your outdoor space.
